Later that evening Steven and Donna met and the rest was history.
Steve continued his racing carrier with Harvey over the next four years racing at Wall Stadium NJ, New Egypt NJ, Pocono Raceway PA, Rougemount NC, and Martinsville VA. Due to the car owners' unfortunate circumstances with their business burning down, Steven returned to his family's 31 car.

Shortly after Steven and Donna had a baby girl, Steven retired from racing to focus on family.

After Steven's father, Steve Ferrara, passed away the family decided to build a car to pay tribute to Steve Ferrara by using their car number 31 and his father's old sponsor. Shannon Mongeau drove the Ferrara tribute car. This was a great opportunity for Shannon whom was racing the sportsman division to move up to the Modifieds. Ferrara Motorsports' second driver Eric Mauriello drove for the family for three years till he decided to retire.

After years of successful racing with 27 wins among 3 drivers at Wall Stadium, Ferrara Motorsports will be racing Wall Stadium and several tracks out of state with Kyle Scisco.
